His Excellency Pascal Houangni Ambouroue will present an investor-friendly New Fiscal Terms of the New Hydrocarbon Law and an overview of the Blocks on offer in the 12th Offshore Licensing Round in Gabon.

The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session and an opportunity to network with members of the Gabonese delegation. This is a great opportunity for companies to learn more about the great efforts that have been put in place by the Gabonese Government to create an investor-friendly competitive framework for investments in the Hydrocarbon sector.
