Olympe Bory
Olympe Bory is a seasoned legal advisor with over 14 years of experience in the energy sector, guiding clients through the acquisition, development, and financing of renewable energy and oil and gas assets. Her practice encompasses asset and corporate deals, with deep expertise in cross-border transactions and energy transition initiatives, including carbon offset transactions. Fluent in English and a native French speaker, Olympe effortlessly bridges cultural and linguistic gaps in international negotiations.
Currently based in London, Olympe is part of Dentons’ renowned Projects team. Before joining Dentons, she honed her expertise at the London office of Baker McKenzie. Olympe is qualified to practice law in both England (as a Solicitor) and New York, providing her with a global perspective and the ability to support clients in diverse jurisdictions.
Olympe holds an LL.B in English and French Law from Essex University, a Master 1 in European Law from Paris X – Nanterre and an LL.M in Corporation Law, New York University School of Law.
A dedicated member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN) for over a decade, Olympe actively contributes to the organization’s initiatives, including being a mentor and organising events. She serves as the Representative of the Young Negotiators’ Europe Chapter and as member of the AIEN Europe Chapter Committee.
Beyond her professional life, Olympe is passionate about giving back to the community and volunteers at the Whitechapel Mission. She is also on the steering committee of Women in M&A London, promoting diversity and inclusion in the industry. In her spare time, Olympe enjoys staying active with yoga, running, and spinning—but these days, she’s just as likely to be chasing after her two young children.
