This two-part workshop, presented by AIPN's Canada Chapter, Petroleum Joint Venture Association, and Western Canada Commercial Arbitration Society, will provide a detailed review of what counsel and executives need to know to anticipate and manage international business disputes with a focus on the international oil and gas business.
