Corresponding with International Women's Day (IWD 2025), AIEN's Regional Chapters are hosting a series of events around the world during the month of March.

Join us in México City for a fireside chat with Martha Delgado as she shares her experience during COVID-19. Attendees will hear about the experiences and challenges she faced as a female leader during the pandemic.

During her time as Undersecretary for Multilateral Affairs and Human Rights at the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Martha will discuss the critical crises that arose, including managing medical supplies, coordinating international donations, and acquiring vaccines. She will share insights to the strategies she implemented to overcome obstacles and the importance of resilience, female leadership in emergency situations to ensure an efficient and humane response to one of the most difficult periods of our recent history. 

There will be an opportunity for Q&A after the discussion, followed by a networking reception.
