Join us in Abu Dhabi for a seminar organized by our MENA Chapter on the evolving structures of energy joint ventures. The speakers will conduct an interactive session, looking at the common approaches for joint venture structuring in:
- upstream (including a look at the changes introduced in the new 2023 version of the AIEN Model Joint Operating Agreement);
- downstream,
- renewable; and
- power infrastructure,
as well as the developing approaches and issues for hydrogen and CCS projects.
The presentation will be from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m., followed by a networking reception from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.
