Join the AIPN-YN US Chapter for a discussion highlighting the serious implications (criminal and others) of indiscriminately using and including non-solicitation of employees sections in industry agreements (also called no-poaching agreements). The discussion will also cover in general terms the criteria and standards used to determine the enforceability and validity of these clauses under current US and Texas law.
