As oil & gas sector companies continue to mitigate a complex market reality and look for banking and financial support in the East & Southern African Oil & Gas sector, the aim is to explore the role of Private Equity and other lenders in supporting economic recovery with solutions to finance and support recovery and ensure future sector growth.
Attendees will leave with a better understanding of:
- how stronger industry cooperation and dialogue can result in maximizing capital inflows into Africa;
- considerations around distressed acquisitions in Africa;
- new financing strategies to develop assets, get projects off the ground and ensure that the recovery of the sector translates into local jobs creation and revenue generation.
Speakers will present until around 4:50 pm with time for Q&A, followed immediately by a 20-minute virtual networking session. Following the webinar presentation, attendees who wish to participate can transition into 6-8 person virtual meeting rooms to have meaningful networking time with other attendees from around the world.
