Organized by the US Chapter, this webinar will provide a look at the Biden administration's changes in US Energy Policy and its potential impact on energy companies. It will provide:
- An overview of the Biden administration’s goals with respect to environmental justice and climate change and potential impact of such goals on energy companies;
- A review of impacts from the initial temporary suspension in delegated authority and potential further regulatory change immediately following this suspension; and
- A look forward to potential issues arising from the Executive Order to review the US Fossil Fuels Program, especially in regards to future lease sales.
