Organized by the Japan Sub-Chapter, this presentation will offer an introduction of the Tomakomai Carbon Dioxide Capture and Storage Demonstration Project that in 2019 achieved its initial target of 300,000 tons cumulative injection. The speakers will also discuss what liabilities apply to the CO2 geological storage in Japan.
