Following the completion of the acquisition of a 35% stake in Lime Petroleum Plc in April 2012, Hibiscus Petroleum became a full-fledged oil and gas exploration and production company.
The company strategy since listing has been to invest in a balanced portfolio of assets across the spectrum of upstream oil and gas exploration and production sector. Their portfolio includes exploration, development and production assets, with a focus on two main regions, the United Kingdom and Australia.
