Mission

The Women Negotiators Group (WNG) was established to provide AIEN female members with a forum for sharing ideas, growth, networking and establishing relationships with female colleagues while encouraging substantive interaction among all AIEN members.

Objectives

The key aspirations of the WNG include:

Establish a supportive and inclusive environment where women professionals can share experiences, learn from one another, and grow both personally and professionally.
Increasing membership and participation in the AIEN activities.
Collaborate with other women professional and industry groups.
Promoting WNG networking events with the broader AIEN membership.

WNG provides the resources and networking opportunities needed for women to thrive in the energy industry. Through fostering industry engagement and leadership development, WNG offers a dynamic forum for energy professionals. As the regular AIEN membership fees apply, there is no additional membership fee to participate in activities of the WN Group.
