Adam Conway advises clients on major energy and resources projects throughout Australia and the broader Asia Pacific region. He has more than 25 years’ experience in a range of sectors, including upstream and downstream energy, mining, project and field development, infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions and renewable energy projects.
Adam has assisted clients throughout the whole life cycle of energy projects, including advising on project structuring, farm-ins and farm-outs, tenure, title issues, exploration, offtake and supply agreements, joint ventures, state agreements, logistics, energy supply (wind farm and solar farm power purchase agreements, hydrogen purchase agreements, gas sales, gas transportation, gas swaps, interconnects, tolling agreements, pipeline use terms, virtual gas pipelines, LNG re-gas facilities, storage, power purchase agreements and hydrogen project delivery), product sharing contracts, joint operating agreements, asset purchase and divestment, onshore and offshore project development and facility access and use arrangements.

Isaac Hinton has nearly 20 years of experience in the energy and resources industries and has a broad skillset, covering commercial, operational, financial and people management.
Before joining Intercontinental Energy as Head of Australia, Isaac spent 10 years at BHP where his most recent role was Chief of Staff to the President Australia. He supported the leadership of the 40,000-strong workforce across multiple functions, commodities, assets and locations. Prior to this role, Isaac was the Global Vice President of Procurement and led the $145 billion due diligence for the unification of BHP Ltd and BHP PLC. Additionally, Isaac has held positions in BHP’s petroleum sales and marketing team where he was responsible for developing and executing BHP´s oil, LNG, gas marketing and electricity management strategies. Most notably, Isaac was part of the commercial team that supported the commissioning of the Macedon Gas Field here in Western Australia and BHP’s strategy in separate lifting of LNG cargos for sales delivered to customers.
Isaac started his career in Adelaide, Australia with Deloitte in the Corporate Finance and M&A Advisory team before joining Santos, an Australian based Oil and Gas Producer.
Isaac holds a Master of Commerce in Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Business Economics, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
