Hirohito Shiga is Adviser to Idemitsu kosan Co.,Ltd. ("Idemitsu").  He joined Idemitsu in 1973 and has more than 40 years’ experience in the oil and gas business internationally including Japan, UK, Kuwait, and Norway at various positions including Sr. Manager-Legal Affairs, Manager-Contract, Manager-Planning & Business Affairs, Director of Idemitsu Petroleum Norge and Sr. Negotiator.  He was honored the "Commander of Sametrei Honorable Medal" in 2017 for his great support to the Kingdom of Cambodia as Lecturer/Advisor about Petroleum Law, Production Sharing Contract, Joint Operating Agreement, Oil  Field Feasibility Study, and Overlapping Claim Areas and Petroleum Law.  

Mr. Shiga holds a BA in International Management from Chiba University, Japan, and is an active member of the International Management and Culture Association.
