Indonesian citizen born in Padang on January 17, 1974, Yusuf Didi Setiarto earned a Bachelor of Legal from University of Indonesia in 1999. After completing his education, he joined the Wiriadinata & Widyawan Law Firm as a lawyer from 2000 to 2003. 

He was appointed as Director of Human Resources Management of PT PLN (Persero) based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN as the General Meeting of Shareholders Number SK-392/MBU/12/2021 dated December 07, 2021. Afterwards, appointed as Director Legal and Human Capital of PT PLN (Persero) on September 21, 2022 based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN as the General Meeting of Shareholders Number SK-213/MBU/09/2022.

Yusuf Didi Setiarto is an expert in negotiation related to the gross split cooperation pattern. Awarded as model employee at BP Migas / SKK Migas from 2007 to 2013, awarded LNG Project Train 1,2,3, Papua in 2003 to 2015, LNG Sales Award for Japan, Korea, China & USA in 2008 to 2011, achievement in development of Oil and Gas Fields and Commercialization throughout Indonesia from 2003 to 2015. Prior to becoming Director, he was appointed as Head Legal Counsel of SKK Migas in 2013 – 2015, Special Advisor to Deputy Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources from 2017 to 2019, CEO Advisor to PT Pertamina (Persero) from 2019 to 2020, and Main Expert Deputy for Energy Sector (Echelon 1B) at the Presidential Staff Office (KSP) from 2015 to 2021.
