Your registration includes all course sessions, electronic materials, lunches, coffee breaks and a networking reception, as stated in the course program. Your registration does not include hotel and travel accommodations. All fees are in US dollars.

Payment can be made by credit card, check (US funds drawn on a US bank only) or wire transfer. Please make checks payable to AIPN. For those wanting to pay by wire transfer, please fill out the registration form and email to aipnevents@aipn.org. An invoice with bank details will be emailed to you. Please note an additional wire transfer fee of $25 will apply.

Visa Information
If you require a letter of invitation to obtain a visa for this conference, payment of the registration fee must first be made.  If you apply and do not receive a visa, please send us a copy of the rejection letter from the consulate, and we will refund your payment in full. Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration fees are refundable until February 12, 2018, with a $250 administrative charge. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Timely delegate substitutions will be permitted. Please note: Total amount must be paid in full for registration to be processed.
