Registration can be made online via the following payment types: Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), wire transfer or check (US funds drawn on a US bank only). If you prefer to pay by check or wire transfer, please email your completed registration form to events@aien.org. Once registered, you will be emailed an invoice with wire details. Please note that additional wire transfer fees will apply. If paying by check, please make it payable to ‘AIEN’ and mail to 11111 Katy Freeway, Suite 615, Houston, Texas USA, after confirmation that your online registration has been completed.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Course fees are refundable until February 12, 2024, minus a 10% administrative charge. The administrative charge will be based on your registration amount. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Timely delegate substitutions will be permitted. Total amount must be paid in full for registration to be processed. If the course is postponed or cancelled by AIEN, registration fees will be refunded in full or can be applied any future 100% AIEN-run event within the calendar year.

Visa Information
An E-Visa may be required to enter Türkiye depending on your nationality. You may obtain one online by clicking here. Visas can also be purchased at the airport however they are more expensive and often require a cash transaction. For more details on visas for Türkiye, please click here.
If you require a letter of invitation to obtain a visa for this workshop, payment of the registration fee must first be made. If you apply and do not receive a visa, please send us a copy of the rejection letter from the consulate, and we will refund your payment in full. Please email Kristin@aien.org for more details.
