Join us for this hybrid event organized by our Europe Chapter where our expert panelists will reflect on their lessons learned allocating risks and liabilities in energy industry contracts.

Attendees will hear about a recent arbitration where allocation of liability issues between the Company, its downhole services contractor and Company's other contractors were tested. With the representatives from the company/project developer and contractor sides of industry, diverse perspectives will be represented.

Speakers will also discuss liability allocation in oil and gas contracts (including international model form contracts) and will contrast this with the position in renewables projects. They will also discuss examples from complex negotiations and will share practical tips and recommendations.

Don't miss the opportunity to gain insights into the practical issues faced by lawyers, commercial and supply chain specialists in negotiating and implementing complex contracts for the energy industry’s projects and network with fellow industry colleagues.
