Our expert panel will discuss a recent arbitration where allocation of liability issues between the Company, its downhole services contractor and Company's other contractors were tested. With the representatives from the company/project developer and contractor sides of industry, diverse perspectives will be represented.

Speakers will also discuss liability allocation in oil and gas contracts (including international model form contracts) and will contrast this with the position in the renewables projects. They will also discuss examples from complex negotiations and will share practical tips and recommendations.
