Bárbara possesses extensive experience in the authorization proceedings applicable to electric power production projects using wind, solar, nuclear, biomass or gas technology, as well as in the environmental aspects related to them. Furthermore, she has experience in energy transition matters including biogas or biomethane projects, self-consumption facilities, the establishment of electric vehicle charging networks, microplastics, etc.

Amandine Delsaux is of counsel with Jones Day in Paris, France. Amandine has 18 years of experience in the project and energy regulatory sectors, both domestic and in Francophone Africa. Amandine also advises energy companies and industrial companies on the energy transition and on the opportunities arising from the transformation of the EU electricity and gas markets.
Amandine focuses her practice on energy and infrastructure projects in France and French-speaking Africa, advising sponsors, investors, and financial institutions on the legal and regulatory issues related to the development, acquisition, construction, and financing of multisourced energy projects. She assists clients on regulatory and project matters involving renewable energies (wind, solar, biomass, cogeneration, hydroelectricity, and hydrogen) and traditional energies (nuclear, combined cycle gas turbine [CCGT], and gas).

Sara is an energy and public law practitioner with more than 20 years of experience. Sara has in-depth experience in her practice areas, having been involved in several landmark transactions in the energy sector in Portugal.
Her extensive expertise in the Energy sector covers the various value chains, particularly in electricity and natural gas transmission and distribution, as well as electricity generation (and recently, hydrogen and storage) and, thirdly, electricity and natural gas supply.
Sara has, in the past, provided legal assistance to the Portuguese state in tender procedures for the energy sector and regularly assists renewable energy operators negotiating PDA, EPC, O&M, PPA contracts and also with the licensing of their power plants.

Nailia Dindarova is a Chief Marketing Officer with BlueFloat Energy in Madrid, Spain. As Chief Market Development Officer, Nailia has the global responsibility for a wide range of functions, encompassing government and regulatory affairs, communications and marketing, environment and consenting, stakeholder management. Together with her team she supports BlueFloat Energy’s new market entry and project development activities in the existing geographies working closely with the local teams, Commercial and Technical areas.
Prior to joining BlueFloat Energy, Nailia served as Public Affairs Lead at Principle Power with the responsibility for overseeing the company’s global public affairs, marketing and communications. Before that, she was the Senior Project Manager of the WindFloat Atlantic Project at EDP Renewables (EDPR) in Madrid where she successfully managed the due diligence of the project and played an instrumental role in securing the approval of investment by EDP Group. She also led all activities related to the insurance strategy for the project and carried out an in-depth risk analysis of the project. While at EDPR, Nailia was also responsible for setting up and managing the company’s corporate university.
Nailia has more than 20 years of experience in areas pertaining to climate change, sustainable transportation, innovation, renewable energy and other low-carbon energy technologies and has extensive knowledge in policy, business development and project management. Nailia started her professional career in Brussels, where she worked for a number of organizations on EU policy and regulation.
Nailia holds a Master of European Economic Studies from the College of Europe and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Washington University in the USA.
