Registration Rates & Details
Registration options and rates for the 2021 International Petroleum Summit are listed below. Registration rates include access to the virtual conference platform, including all networking and live and pre-recorded conference sessions outlined in the program. The platform will be accessible to attendees up to 10 days after the event. All rates are listed in US dollars. Student registrants will be asked to provide proof of enrollment.

Group Registration Rates
Register 3 or more regularly-priced delegates and only pay $450 per delegate! Registrations must be made at one time under one payment for special rate to apply. Does not apply to already-discounted NOC/Government, Academic or Student rates.
To pay via credit card (Mastercard, Visa or Amex): Please click on "Register Now" on the right side of the screen. You will be prompted to first login to your AIPN account or create a new account. Once you complete your registration, credit card details can be input on the payment page. For group rate registrations, you must add at least three registrants from the same company for the group rate to appear. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with paid invoice attached.
To pay via wire transfer or check (US funds drawn on a US bank only): Please fill out the registration form and email to aipnevents@aipn.org. For group rate registrations via wire, please fill out registration forms for all delegates. Once registered, you will be emailed an invoice with payment details. Please note that additional fees will apply for wire transfer payments.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Virtual conference fees are non-refundable. Timely delegate substitutions will be permitted. Total amount must be paid in full for registration to be processed. In the event AIPN cancels this conference, registration fees will be refunded in full or can be applied toward any future 100% AIPN-run event within 12 months of the event date.
Personal Information & Privacy Policy: By registering for this event you agree to have your contact information printed in the attendee materials; you may have your photo taken and your likeness may be used in future AIPN promotional materials.
