Romano, is the Energy Head at Perez Alati Law Firm (Buenos Aires), Director of the Energy Institute Universidad Austral, and Director of the Postgraduate Diploma in Energy Law at Universidad Austral. He is also a former Managing Counsel for the Chevron Latin American Business Unit in Caracas, Venezuela.

Oswaldo Fellizola, is the Coordinator and Senior Professor of the International Center for Energy and Environment (CIEA) of IESA. He has a Master of Administration (MBA), at the Institute of Higher Studies of Administration. 

Miguel Rivero, is a partner and member of the board at LEĜA with over 25 years of professional experience in the oil, gas, mining, and steel industries. He has deep knowledge of foreign investments and regulations impacting foreign companies doing business in Venezuela, as well as due diligences and legal compliance.
