Ana Luiza Saboia is a Senior Consultant at PETROBRAS and since 2012 she’s been in charge of pre-bid and joint ventures agreements negotiations. Ana is part of PETROBRAS team responsible for developing training at PETROBRAS University driven to improve PETROBRAS employees professional qualification in upstream-joint ventures and unitization process. Ana Luiza is Geologist graduated at “Universidade de Brasília”, holds a master degree in Environmental Engineering at “Universidade de São Paulo” and a post-graduation degree in Strategic Management for the Oil&Gas and Energy Industry at “Fundação Dom Cabral”. Recently, Ana has joined PETROBRAS Program of Female Mentorship as a mentor.
Eduardo Faria has 22 years of experience as an in-house counsel in the infrastructure and energy sectors. He is currently the Managing Counsel for Upstream, Capital Projects & Technology at Shell Brasil, responsible for providing legal support on a variety of matters such as O&G license acquisitions, pre-bid agreements and definitive joint venture agreements, general business and industry regulatory legal advice, safety and environmental matters, procurement contracts for capital projects, asset decommissioning and restoration, unitizations, and acquisition and divestment opportunities. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica – Belo Horizonte/MG.
Daniela Philbois is currently the Leading Counsel for Contracts, Ventures and New Business at Eneva S.A., leading a team of attorneys responsible for providing legal support on all sorts of contracts (such as procurement agreements, construction contracts, O&M contracts) and energy transactions (O&G license acquisitions, pre-bid and joint ventures agreements negotiations, gas sales agreements, LNG contracts etc.). Daniela has 12 years of experience in the infrastructure and energy sectors. Prior to joining Eneva, Daniela worked in law firms in Houston, New York and Brazil. She holds an LL.M. from the New York University and an LL.B. from the State University of Rio de Janeiro. She is a member of the Oil, Gas, and Energy Resources Law Section of the Texas Bar and, more recently, she joined the O&G Committee of OAB/RJ.
