Bárbara Bittencourt, works as a Chief Legal Officer at Maha Energy, which is an Energy, Utilities & Waste company with an estimated 80 employees; and founded in 2013. They are part of the Legal Executive team within the C-Suite Department and their management level is C-Level. Bárbara graduated from Faculdade de Direito Milton Campos in 2007 and is currently based in Calgary, Canada.

Matias de Oliveira Lopes, graduated from Rio de Janeiro Catholic University, with a Tax Law degree from Cândido Mendes University and an International Law degree from the Academy of American and International Law. He worked for White Martins, Michelin, Texaco, Chevron and Shell in the corporate-tax-legal areas. He has also worked as the Executive Director of Applied Tax Studies Group - “GETAP”. Currently, Matias is the Tax & Legal Executive Manager for Exploration and Production areas at the Brazilian Petroleum Institute.
