Registration rates for the 2025 NOC Conference and Workshops are listed below. All rates are listed in US dollars and include a Welcome Reception, two workshops (1 AM and 1 PM), continental breakfasts, breaks and luncheons, and conference digital materials. Registration does not include hotel and travel accommodations.

Valuation Workshop
Special discounts will be available for those wishing to attend both events!
AIEN will also host its revamped Valuation Workshop immediately following at the same venue, on October 23 - 24. The AIEN Valuation Workshop offers a combination of theoretical knowledge with hands-on know-how of asset valuation and decision analysis by utilizing a series of problem-solving assignments and case studies. After completion, attendees should have a very good appreciation of valuation methodologies, project cashflow analysis the basics of economic models, decision-making tools and metrics and the different fiscal systems applied across the oil and gas business.

Welcome Reception
The reception will be hosted on Monday, October 20, and is included in your ticket price. Should you like to bring a guest, additional tickets are available to purchase.

A morning and afternoon workshop is included in your conference price. Upon registering, please select one from each time slot. Space for each workshop is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Types
Registration can be made online via the following payment types: Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover), wire transfer or check (US funds drawn on a US bank only). If you prefer to pay by check or wire transfer, please email events@aien.org to register. Once registered, you will be emailed an invoice with wire details. Please note that additional wire transfer fees will apply. If paying by check, please make it payable to ‘AIEN’ and mail to 11111 Katy Freeway, Suite 615, Houston, Texas USA, after confirmation that your online registration has been completed.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Fees are refundable until September 19, 2025, minus a 10% administrative charge. The administrative charge will be based on your registration amount. After that date, fees are non-refundable, but timely delegate substitutions will be permitted. Please note: Total amount must be paid in full for registration to be processed.
