Registration Fees

Your conference registration includes digital materials, lunches, breaks, and a Networking Reception. Your registration does not include hotel and travel accommodations. All fees are in USD. *Proof of student enrollment required.

Member Rates

Active Member: $50
Government/National Company Member: $50
Student: $25

Non-member: $150
Government/National Company Non-member: $150

Payment Types

Registration can be made online via the following payment types: Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), wire transfer or check (US funds drawn on a US bank only). If you prefer to pay by check or wire transfer, please email events@aien.org to register. Once registered, you will be emailed an invoice with wire details. Please note that additional wire transfer fees will apply. If paying by check, please make it payable to ‘AIEN’ and mail to 11111 Katy Freeway, Suite 615, Houston, Texas USA, after confirmation that your online registration has been completed. 

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will not be granted, nor will they be given for no-shows. Timely substitutions will be permitted. Please note: Total amount must be paid in full for registration to be processed. By registering for this event, you agree to have your contact information included in the attendee materials; you may have your photo taken and your likeness may be used in future AIEN promotional materials.
