Members and non-members are invited once again to join AIPN for a webinar featuring the authors of the AIPN Research Paper “A Global Review of Joint Operating Agreement Disputes”. Tim Martin, John Gilbert and Martin Gusy previously presented an overview of the AIPN Research Paper and the kinds of disputes that arise under JOAs across the global petroleum industry through two webinars this past October and November.

By popular demand, they will return for another webinar, this time in a fireside chat format to answer any “burning" questions that still remain, including specific questions regarding issues and cases that are discussed in their research paper. Attendees are invited to submit their questions prior to the live event during the registration process, or they can be raised during the webinar.
