Please join our distinguished panel during this live webinar where they will discuss the Trump Administration’s recent executive orders temporarily pausing the enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), shift in focus to targeting transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), and the recent designation of several TCOs as terrorist organizations.

The webinar will analyze what these enforcement changes mean for the energy industry, particularly with respect to anti-corruption issues and potential concerns with TCOs in Latin America and globally. Attendees will receive insights on alternatives to FCPA enforcement, including money laundering, the Foreign Extortion Prevention Act (FEPA), the Travel Act and commercial bribery, and how to mitigate concerns about extortion payments involving TCOs.

This webinar is organized by our US Chapter.
