Nick Padgalskas is an Executive Director in ABN AMRO’s Asia-Pacific Energy team, based in Singapore, and responsible for oil & gas clients in the Asia-Pacific region.  He has worked in Energy investment banking since 2007 and has advised on over US$30 billion of M&A, capital markets and financing transactions across the Oil & Gas and LNG value chains in Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas.  Prior to joining ABN AMRO in 2016, Nick worked at Citigroup in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Nick holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Dr. Ed Jankowski is Associate Director in RPS Energy’s Global Consulting Division, bringing over 35 years of oil and gas experience from working in both technical and commercial functions. He has a strong technical background coupled with detailed expertise in petroleum economics and commercial negotiations, from a career with both major oil companies and smaller independent operators.

Ed’s areas of expertise include evaluation of Reserves and Resources, portfolio evaluation, risk analysis and strategic analysis and transaction advisory support, across exploration, development and production activities.

Ed serves as an Honorary teaching fellow in Portfolio Evaluation at Aberdeen University and visiting lecturer at Imperial Collage London. He holds a PhD in Geophysics from Cambridge University and a BSc in Geology and Geophysics from Durham University, UK.

Virginia Markouizou is an economist with a strong commercial background, Virginia has accumulated more than 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector with a focus on hydrocarbon monetisation and Supply & Trading commercial capability. An influential leader and strong business developer she has worked with National Oil Companies, Ministries, United Nations and independents in multiple geographies in Europe, Middle East, Latin America and Africa. She has extensive experience in leading global and regional teams and communicating at ministry and board level. An experienced commercial leader with a focus on asset infrastructure development. She has in-depth knowledge of supply, trading, storage, risk management, strategy and organisational capability development. Renowned for energising organisations through the identification of value, the nurturing of high performing, multi-cultural teams and the development of a strong delivery culture.
