- Select the contract or research paper you would like to download.
- Click “add to cart.” If you are just downloading one item, then select “go to your cart”. If you would like to download additional model contracts or research papers, select the “continue shopping” button, adding any additional documents to your shopping cart.
- Click on “View Cart” to double check your selections, and for members, to ensure your cart shows a “$0” balance.” (if your cart does not show $0 balance, please click the “Login Now” to receive member pricing).
- Click “proceed to checkout”
- For non-members, you will then enter your payment information.
- On the bottom of the displayed order confirmation page, you will see a link to download your files. You will also receive an email confirmation with a link to your downloads page.
- You may also find a link to download the agreement and any past agreements from your “My Downloads Page” found under “My Profile” (members and non-members).
