The Service Contracts were developed jointly by the AIPN and the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association (PESA) as model contracts for international oil & gas drilling and seismic services. The package consists of a well services contract, a seismic acquisition contract and a master service contract, along with model schedules for each of the contracts and guidance notes. The Service Contract set includes 3 contracts and associated documents.
