Registration can be made online via the following payment types: Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), wire transfer or check (US funds drawn on a US bank only). If you prefer to pay by check or wire transfer, please email events@aien.org to register. Once registered, you will be emailed an invoice with wire details. Please note that additional wire transfer fees will apply. If paying by check, please make it payable to ‘AIEN’ and mail to 11111 Katy Freeway, Suite 615, Houston, Texas USA, after confirmation that your online registration has been completed.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Course fees are refundable until February 10, 2025, minus a 10% administrative charge. The administrative charge will be based on your registration amount. After that date, fees are non-refundable. Timely delegate substitutions will be permitted. Total amount must be paid in full for registration to be processed.
