The above room rate is valid for single occupancy and inclusive of breakfast, VAT and prevailing taxes. Double supplement is €25 plus VAT and taxes.
AIEN has secured a limited number of rooms for course attendees. We recommend reserving your room as soon as possible to ensure availability. AIEN cannot guarantee room and rate availability once the room block has filled up. Room rates will apply up to three days before and three days after the course, subject to availability.

The deadline date to make reservations is March 1, 2025. After this date, the remaining hotel rooms will be released, but the hotel will continue to offer the quoted bedroom rate after the reservation deadline, subject to rate and space availability.
Reservations can be cancelled without penalty before 18:00, April 22, 2025. Rooms cancelled after 18:00 local hotel time on April 22 will be subject to 100% of stay room charge, plus applicable Service Charge, Tax and Fees.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

Taxis are available for hire at both airports. A one-way journey will cost approximately EUR 15-25 from Istanbul Airport and EUR 15-25 from Sabiha Gokcen International Airport.
Ridesharing
Uber is available anywhere within the city limits, even at airports, however it is worth noting that the Uber you call will likely be a regular taxi.
